Concerning the requested sworn statement: "Tenderers must provide proof that they do not fall within any of the exclusion grounds mentioned in Article 57 of Directive 2014/24/EU and Article 5k of Regulation (EU) No833/2014 introduced by Regulation (EU) 2022/576 of 8 April 2022; or demonstrate that they have taken sufficient remedial action following a final conviction (Active cooperation with the authorities, Compensation for damages, Implementation of internal monitoringmechanisms) (leads to exclusion)." Could you please concretise. Is a signed statement sufficient or in other case what proof-documents/evidence are mandatory.
