« Trail Center VTT » Serre-Ponçon - Diagnostic environnemental et réglementaire
La CCSP, en partenariat avec la CCSPVA et, dans le cadre du Programme Avenir Montagnes, a pour ambition de créer une « Destination Vélo » à Serre-Ponçon, dans une logique de transition et de diversification de son offre. La nécessité d'améliorer les conditions de pratique du VTT, notamment au niveau des sentiers, de l'accueil du public et des services associés, a ainsi été identifié. Dans ce contexte, un projet de création de « Trail Center VTT » est né afin de répondre aux enjeux de modernisation de l'offre vélo sur le territoire.
