CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST - Industrial and logistical operation of port infrastructure dedicated to offshore wind

The aim of this Call for Expressions of Interest (CEI) is to identify stakeholders interested in activities related to offshore wind power, in particular floating wind power, and who wish to participate directly or indirectly in these activities through industrial or logistical projects developed and established within the port area of Lorient and the surrounding area.
