La Ville de Lannion est propriétaire d’un ancien presbytère entouré d’un grand jardin situé à Brélévenez. Le Bâtiment n’est plus occupé depuis plusieurs années et nécessite de gros travaux de restauration. Par délibération du 6 février 2026, le Conseil Municipal a décidé de lancer un appel à manifestation d’intérêt pour la vente de l’ancien Presbytère.
