There is no additional document for the integrations, sorry for this typo. The functional requirements mentions the main systems for which it is expected to have data integrations with the intranet (i.e. ServiceNow and SuccessFactors) and the technical requirements specify that API (Rest) is the preferred method for these integrations.We recommend the bidder to:- Clarify if the proposed solution has native connectors with these and/or other systems- Provide details on the Solution?s API capabilities- Mention any other data integration capability possible (e.g. file exchange, etc)Our solution would be based on SharePoint Online, a partner solution built on Office 365, and custom integration if necessary (Service Now or Recruitment Hub, for example). Regarding Liferay DXP, we cannot make a pre-assessment of any specific solution. However, we encourage the potential bidder to carefully review the tender requirements and submit an offer if the solution complies with one of the two scenarios outlined:?1. An off-the-shelf SAAS solution capable of integrating with Microsoft 365 products, using Sharepoint online for the management of documents. It may integrate Teams and Viva Engage. 2. A customized Microsoft online website (i.e. based on Viva Connection, Sharepoint) that may integrate Teams, Viva Engage and other MS 365 tools.?Please note that our primary objective is to minimize customization and development, and we are looking for a solution that can fulfill our requirements with minimal modifications, leveraging pre-built templates and out-of-the-box functionality as much as possible.If Liferay DXP can meet our requirements, we invite the potential bidder to submit a detailed proposal outlining how your solution aligns with our needs.
